  • A 15% restocking fee will apply for the return of unwanted items (excluding defective products).

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described:

  • You are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement within 6 months of receiving the product, as per the CPA.
  • The defect must not be caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
